Our Standards of Service

The Golden Rule
“Treat others how you would want to be treated”

Our Commitment to Quality and Sustainabilty
At Mallery Hall, our commitment extends to quality, our customers, and the environment.
We are devoted to crafting exceptional, one-of-a-kind pieces, each imbued with its own unique character and story. You no longer need to compromise on excellence. Our Recycled Iron, Reclaimed Wood, Metal, and Copper Collections include tables, consoles, and pendants meticulously handcrafted using centuries-old techniques, revitalizing materials that would otherwise be discarded.
Additionally, we collaborate with manufacturers dedicated to planting one million trees in the United States, including trees that no longer produce fruit. This initiative benefits water sources, wildlife, communities, and the climate.

Our Commitment to Supporting Others
We collaborate with micro-enterprises and support indigenous artisans worldwide, seeking out skilled craftspeople whose traditional techniques produce beautifully unique, handcrafted works of art. From iron forgers in Mexico to handcrafted furniture makers in India and upholstery workshops in North Carolina, to families of master woodworkers in Italy, Indonesia, and Peru, our artisan partnerships span continents and generations.

Our Dedication to Inclusion
At Mallery Hall, we provide equal opportunities for all. We believe that diversity enhances the world, making it a more vibrant and fascinating place to live. Regardless of race, age, gender, or background, everyone is embraced and welcomed here.

Our Promise to Serve
At Mallery Hall, giving back and educating our communities, both near and far, is at the heart of what we do. We support a variety of organizations that align with our vision for environmental stewardship, education for enhanced spiritual, mental, and physical health, and improving the lives of those in need. Our partners include MEET Ministries, Servants in Faith and Technology, The Native American Heritage Association, River Garden Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goat Farm, Quinns Greenhouse, and many others.
