Hand Carved Solid Wood Executive Desk Suite

At Mallery Hall, everything we design is unique, and uniquely for you. No project is too big or too small. The possibilities are somewhat endless!

Our client, was interested in an executive desk that would “wow” his clients. He required a desk that would come apart because his office was on the second floor. He was limited on his door frames. of course we could do this for him. We custom made a hand carved SOLID wood- no veneer executive desk in three pieces. This is a custom design (see drawings) was hand carved and intricately made in three sections to accommodate his delivery needs. We also custom made coordinating custom executive leather chairs with his initials hand carved in the crest of the chair.These chairs are Italian leather with mahogany frames. We also made him a conference table & side chairs for this suite.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS:

For a smooth design process this is what we request of our clients:

  • To the best of your ability, please explain in detail the item you are looking for. You can provide a picture or a drawing, this would be the best start
  • Then be as detailed as possible with your dimensions and the features you need, and include any other details on how you will be using your item that will assist in your design
  • We also like to share wood and fabric samples so try to be as clear as possible on the finish and finish styles that you are looking for.
  • We use Sherwin Williams Duron and Benjamin Moore paints. These stores are convenient to most of our customers and provide a good starting point on finishes and stains. Then if necessary we will provide a wood sample for your approval
HAND CARVED MAHOGANY:

This desk was made in our custom shop in Mexico out of solid alder wood, hand carved and hand painted. The chairs are solid mahogany with top grain Italian leather. Please see our drawings below.

We have custom shops in Vietnam, Peru, Mexico, and the Philippines.

OUR FINISHED PRODUCT:

This item was hand carved, and is solid wood with custom Sherwin Williams mahogany stain.
