The Paradigm Collection is a tribute to the art and individuality of crafting bench made furniture. The results come from a lifelong study of the traditional crafting techniques used for centuries to create the world’s finest quality furnishings. The craftsman’s passion for and sense of pride at the completion of each step is reflected in every furniture piece created. The Paradigm craftsmen possess a respect and an understanding of working with exotic hard wood and carving techniques.
They accept the difficulty yet embrace the fact that only from the use of solid woods can fine creations be authentically hand-carved, and the finished pieces suitable for authentic antiquing ~ a time-consuming process requiring multiple hand-rubbed finishing stages using special richly formulated stains and paints that allow for the multi-layering and distressing techniques. These techniques give each piece their distinct antique finished effect. The Paradigm Collection’s heirloom quality furniture is a representation of furniture making of the past that has been essentially lost in today’s world. Please note the imperfections are non-structural in nature, indigenous to the wood and are intentionally allowed or applied during finishing.
Standard finishes include Antique Silver, Black, Parchment, Walnut Cherry, Linen White or Natural. If you require a different finish, please contact us for options. If item is not available in the finish requested, item will be back ordered and a 50% deposit is required to place your order. Freight is calculated when your order arrives to the states, and will be added to your final invoice along with any applicable sales tax.
Please note, Custom sizes or finishes have to be quoted.
Custom Orders are accepted with a 50% deposit. Lead time varies according to production schedule, but generally 8-20 weeks.
