The Mallery Hall custom leather manufacturers are located in CA, Dallas & North Carolina. These Artisan products are unsurpassed in quality, design, workmanship, and comfort. Mallery Hall products are “bench-crafted.” We completely handcraft our furniture, one piece at a time. All frames are one piece solid hardwood frames. All leathers and fabric are marked and cut by hand. Each piece is bench crafted by one upholsterer, not an assembly line. It is easy to see and feel the difference in our quality, workmanship, and style. But comfort is secretly our most coveted criteria for our customers. We want them to enjoy our luxurious, high quality products for years to come.
Mallery Hall offers thick, top grain leathers imported from Argentina & some are full of distressing. The distressed leathers are waxed, creating a worn rustic antique look. The wax will also have a smooth hand feel, darkening with use. Our Fargo Chocolate is specifically used by well-known designers to give that “Ralph Lauren” look. We charge a small fee to sample our leathers- this fee is refundable upon their return.
Custom Warranty (Leather & Fabric Upholstery)
Mallery Hall Custom Upholstery includes a 1 year full warranty against any manufacturing defects. If you experience any problems even after this time, please let us know. We have replaced cushions for customers who had pets, or water issues, and are always available to assist. We use Guardsmen Furniture Medics and Upholstery workrooms located all over the USA.
