Reflecting the rich heritage and tradition of the Steeplechase, and the subtle beauty of the rolling hills of the English countryside, this collection embraces unique inspirations. This distinctive English heritage is reborn. These pieces are inspired replicas of an old antique English Smokers couch.
These leather pieces feature loose pillow backs and seat cushions. If the antique style demands the goose down, then we use the goose down filling wrapped with high density furniture grade compression foam to minimize lumping. Some styles may include springs inside the cushion as well. The originals did not include these options; therefore you had some “Hiney Marks”. With our improvements, shifting of the fill is minimized. Your cushions may require “occasional” re-fluffing, but offer overall improvements.
