WARRANTY INFO

FRAME: LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY – The frame, upholstered in the original fabric under normal use and conditions, is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. SPRINGS: FIVE YEARS – Designer Tapestry upholstered products spring units are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for five years. CUSHIONS: ONE YEAR – Designer Tapestry uses quality polyurethane cushioning materials along with layers of polyester fiber for unsurpassed seating comfort. The cushions are warranted for one year against loss of resiliency. A slight softening and flattening of the polyester fiber and foam will occur from normal use and aging should not be construed with loss of resiliency. MECHANISMS: TWO YEARS.

SLEEPER MATTRESSES: ONE YEAR – Swivel rocker and sleeper mechanisms (all metal parts) are warranted to be free of defects for two years from the date of purchase. Innerspring sleeper mattresses are warranted to be free of defects for one year by the mattress manufacturer.

FABRIC: ONE YEAR – Upholstery fabrics are warranted against defective material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, under normal use and care. This warranty does not cover fading, shrinkage, or pilling and is invalid where evidence of heavy soiling or abuse is present. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment, other than that by the fabric manufacturer, or improper cleaning is also excluded under this warranty.
