Mahogany Custom Round Extension Table with Turned Legs

Description

This Mahogany Custom Round Extension Table brings timeless elegance to your dining space. Part of our French Colonial Collection, this piece has a sophisticated blend of traditional craftsmanship and practical design. The table’s rich finishes enhances the natural beauty of the mahogany wood grain, adding depth and warmth to any dining space.

The round tabletop, when not extended, promotes an intimate dining experience, while the hidden extension mechanism allows the table to expand seamlessly for larger gatherings. One of the standout features of this table is its expertly turned legs. These intricately carved legs showcase a series of shapely, baluster-like curves, giving the table a distinct architectural presence. The design is further elevated by the unique detailing at the base of the legs, with stacked rings adding a refined touch. The turned legs are both functional and decorative, offering solid support while creating a visual contrast with the clean, smooth lines of the table’s top.

The extension functionality of this table adds an element of versatility. With the ability to expand into a larger oval shape, it accommodates additional guests without compromising its elegant aesthetic. The leaf  is smooth and discreet, allowing the table to maintain its timeless look whether in its compact or extended form. This custom piece balances aesthetics and functionality, making it ideal for formal dinners, family gatherings, or as a centerpiece in a cottage dining room.

This piece blends French Colonial and transitional design elements. Which offers a versatile look that complements both formal dining rooms and more relaxed, casual settings. Contact us for custom options or other coordinating items, or visit our Collections for design ideas.
